KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE

Hello. I ordered a custom star map last February 19. I never received it. JRS tracking says that it was already delivered but it never arrived. Kindly look into this. This item is already paid. I didn't even receive a text/call from the courier.

Hi Ces, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about the concern.

Upon checking the tracking, the parcel was marked as delivered by JRS, so we’re currently coordinating with the courier to verify the proof of delivery and where the item was received.

In the meantime, you may also want to check with anyone at your address (household members, building lobby, guard, or reception) in case the rider left the parcel with them.

We have also replied to your email and are actively looking into this with the courier. We’ll update you as soon as we receive feedback from them. Thank you.
