1. How does it work? How do I design my own star map?

Do you remember your absolute favorite moment? See how the stars aligned in the sky above you at that exact place, date, and point in time. Our custom star maps are a perfect gift for your loved ones on their birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Travel back to your most favorite moment and see how the stars aligned on that moment that meant the world to you.

Input the details of your moment (place, date, and time), select the design, color, and size of your star map, and create a heartfelt title and dedication for you and your loved one. The sky is the limit to how you can customize our star maps! Make sure to personalize it down to the finest detail. We're sure the one you'll give it to will love it.

2. Where do you deliver?

We are based in the Philippines, and we ship worldwide.

3. How will the product be delivered?

For domestic orders within the Philippines, we ship via JRS.

For international orders, we ship via FedEx. Please message us for international rates.

4. How many days will it take to get my order?

Since all orders are customized and made specially for you, please allow us 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays) to process your order. Once your order is finished and ready, we will update you and ship out your order.

5. What sizes do you have for your star maps?

Our star maps come in three (3) sizes: 9x12", 12x16", and 18x24".

6. What materials do you use for your star maps?

Our star maps are digitally printed at a resolution of 300 dpi on premium museum-grade photo paper. All our star maps come delivered in custom frames, with shatterproof acrylic glass, and can be wall-hung as décor.

7. What are your payment methods?

For domestic orders, we accept payments through BDO, BPI, GCash.

For international orders, we accept both USD or PHP payments through Wise, Remitly, etc.

8. What is your custom order policy?

Once you’ve checked out, we’ll wait for your full payment before starting your order. Once payment is confirmed, production of your custom star map will begin on the next working day.

Please carefully review all the details you’ve entered before submitting your order, as we will follow these details exactly. Once production has started, we won’t be able to make any changes or revisions.

Kindly note that all our framed star maps are custom-made to order and are therefore non-refundable.
