I ASKED FOR HELP BUT NO ONE RESPONDED

I placed an order on Feb 7 and immediately after paying, I realized I placed the wrong number on the order. I messaged a few minutes after placing the order asking for a change but no one responded. Now, JRS is trying to deliver the item but no one is answering their call so it’s being marked as “No One to Receive”. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP WITH THIS OR IS THERE NO WAY OF GETTING THE ITEM ANYMORE??!!
